  • In many, many respects, very nice. Certainly the location is great.

"It's a very nice apartment. If the toilet had flushed properly, i.e. first time, every time, I probably would have been perfectly content. I didn't mind the cramped, makeshift kitchen, though a new set of pots and pans with lids would be a nice touch. All in all, I felt quite at home after a couple of days."

  • Perfect home in Rome !

"This apartment is truly wonderful. The living room/ dining room /kitchen area is so comfortable, full of light and views from the 2 upstairs terraces. It was hard to leave and enjoy the streets of Rome- but when we did, we were in the heart of the Centro Storica. We walked to Campo de Fiori for fresh produce and bought supplies at the up the street supermarket. The kitchen was well- stocked for preparing our own meals to eat on the terrace watching the sun set over the Pantheon. Truly a remarkable apartment !"

  • Perfect for us!

"The Penthouse in Campo De' Fiori was absolutely perfect for my family of five. Yes, the stairs are a slight challenge but the views and location more than compensate. We were there during Euro 16 and the energy in the Piazza was electric! Restaurants, shops and transportation are all easily accessible and the communication and support of Fiora and her team was fantastic. Alan was especially great, making us feel like one of the family. From my teenagers to my 70 year old mother, we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places to stay during our two week trip across Europe and we will certainly return."

  • I can't think of enough good things to say

"Great, warm, helpful hospitality--you will be treated like guests; terrific suggestions for where to eat/shop in the neighborhood; even a shelves of books on Rome, in multiple languages. (Saw something intriguing in a museum with poor signage? Look it up in the Blue Guide when you get "home.") We were there for nine nights, so practicalities were important to me. Both dishwasher and washing machine worked very well; plenty of hot water; close to supermarkets, grocers, and great bakeries. But also so very close to Trastevere, and the Pantheon, and ancient Rome, and everything else you might want to do (because Rome is small and because apartment is centrally located). Tram line right around the corner (although we walked everywhere). The apartment itself is as described and as pictured in photos--elegant modern furnishings, smartly and efficiently arranged, with wonderful preservation of older details (sometimes hard to get out of bed because I just wanted to stare at wooden ceiling). It's on a cool little back street and overlooks a pedestrianised street (leading to the historic Jewish ghetto). I liked just walking into the atmospheric building, through the courtyard. The only possible reason not to book the apartment is if you have difficulty with stairs, in which case it is sadly not for you. Otherwise--well, I ate a lot of gelato and drank a lot of wine, so I was grateful for the stairs!"
