  • Enjoyed our stay in this great apartment!

"This wonderful apartment had everything we needed, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed in a separate bedroom, and a great bathroom, with a clothes washer! Very close to the Baldo Degli Ubaldi metro stop and the bus system, once we familiarize ourselves with the public transit systems we were able to whip around Rome very well! (note that it is not within walking distance to the main sights of Rome, so you will need to use public transit, but it is convenient and easy to access from the apt). We were greeted by Sonia, a lovely lady, who showed us everything we needed to know about the apt, and gave us a sheet with suggested places to eat and drink, ones that they personally frequent. We followed their suggestions and really enjoyed our meals and apertivo at the recommended places! She also gave us a map of the city and circled places we would likely want to see. Sonia and Ricardo were always available by text or phone if we needed any advice or directions (which We frequently did!). We were very comfortable throughout our the night stay, and on the last morning Ricardo's wife meet us punctually at 10 am to return or damage deposit and see us off. We very much enjoyed the Trastevere area of town, recommended by Sonia for a great slice of local life! Lively, interesting and great places to eat and drink, for much less expensive prices. A bit complicated to get there from the apt, but the 46 bus to Piazza Navona and the #8 tram to Trastevere worked perfectly (once we figured it out!!) All in all, a great place to stay, highly recommended!"

  • Lovely city centre appartment

"This is such a handy flat for all we wanted to see in room. It is nearly at the top floor but has a small lift. No parking in the streets, but you won't need a car in such a central location. Only a short walk to Termini Station and to underground stations too. The accommodation is spacious, three rooms, bathroom and kitchen (small), all very clean with a cultured, very 'Roman' feel to it. The owner, who lives not far away, is very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much, Nino, for a lovely stay! David & Marycris"

  • Perfect place in Rome!

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location was perfect with the Coliseum, the Metro stop and a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and other shops a few steps away. The building was very quiet, but it was also wonderful to open the windows at night and listen to the friendly local sounds of the nearby restaurants. The apartments was spotless and had everything we could want for a home away from home. The graciousness of the hosts went far above what was necessary. They made sure all details were taken care of, and helped with suggestions for restaurants, tourist sites, and even made sure we traveled back to the airport safely. We felt welcomed as family. We would highly recommend this rental for others staying in Rome. Mary and Ed Crompton"

  • Quaint Rome Flat

"This flat is exactly as pictured - quaint, clean, spacious. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Working wifi. It is right across from the Vatican walls about 400m from the museum entrance. This is a wonderfully residential neighborhood. That being said, there are very few non-touristy places to eat. For eating, you need to cross the river. But it is easy walking distance or train distance to everything. We must warn you about two things here. Neither of which the owner can do anything about. Their upstairs neighbor likes to walk around in heels (thankfully never before 0700 or after 2300) and the ambulances and police sirens are very loud as they go by. Also, there are no curtains on the bedroom window. So we slept soundly with eye covers on and ear plugs!"
