  • Absolutely wonderful!

"This place is fantastic and Alberto made the entire process seamless. From booking through completion of our trip the communication was excellent. We had no issues with the apartment itself and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Easy access to Rome and Vatican City either walking or public transportation. The apartment was incredibly clean, beds and couch were very comfortable. Having air conditioning and the elevator was so great on those warm days we spent touring around Rome in 90 degree heat in August. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to stay for a week or so. It was great to have all this space for 4 adults and the kitchen came in very handy for meals we didn't want to eat out. Definitely a place I would come back to. It's excellent!"

  • Estupendo.

  • Great Location

"This is a clean, spacious place that easily accommodated us, our son and his family including a baby and toddler, and our other son. The management is very pleasant and accommodating, and provided a high chair and crib. Plenty of towels and supplies, cleaned once a week very professionally, TV and wifi worked well. We had a problem with the hot water that they fixed promptly. It is on a narrow street in Trastevere very near Ponte Sisto and St. Mary in Trastevere, a very lively, safe neighborhood. I could walk to my language school off the Campo dei Fiori in about 10 minutes. There are lots of nice and inexpensive restaurants nearby. The outside and hallway don't look too inviting, but the apartment itself is very nice. It's a two floor walk-up. Don't expect fancy furniture, but the beds are good. Kitchen well appointed. All in all, a good place and a good value! A car would be a burden here, but you have to do a lot of walking to get around. Tram and buses nearby. Metro is far away and wasn't useful to us."

  • Spectacular Roman Retreat

"If anything, this expansive flat, with extensive and perfectly groomed outdoor space, is better than it looks. It is the perfect luxury experience (at a very reasonable price) for two (or even three) couples or family. Alessandra could not be more accommodating and the apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and very Roman. it has everything anyone could want: first-rate location, artisan producers (and a big supermarket) just steps away, views, quietude, luxury, and, if you ever tire of walking, an elevator in the building and a cab stand at the corner."
