  • Great location - and great home

"My husband and I and our three daughters (ages 21,19,10) spent four nights in the Chiostro apartment between Christmas and New Years. The location was incredible- just walk out your door and there are coffee shops, grocers, and loads of restaurants. The building felt very safe - you have to get through two sets of doors before you head up to the apartment. There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs and then a queen bed and bathroom upstairs. Everything worked well in the apartment- it has three full (though rather small baths), plenty of hot water, kitchen with dishwasher, and a strong internet connection. It is a great location because you can get to the top Roman sightseeing attractions quickly (Trevi - 15 minutes, Spanish Steps -20 minutes, Coleseum - 25 minutes, Vatican 25 minutes). But you are also near Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and Trastevere - all fun areas to explore with great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a little tricky to find initially- so be sure to coordinate with Alessandra and get detailed directions. She is super helpful and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again in."

  • Wonderful Villa in Great Location

"The villa is very spacious with accommodation over two floors and its spotless with a great range of cooking utensils. The huge terrace is fantastic and a real sun trap, it has some shaded areas if you want to get out of the sun and undisturbed views over the mountains and sea. The pool is well maintained and very clean. The owners are on site but not intrusive at all, they were available for help/advice if required - please don't let this deter you from booking great accommodation! Itri is a lovely village with some great restaurants, coffee shops and well stocked super markets. There's lots to do in the local area, we hired a car so exploring wasn't a problem and well worth it. So in summary we were very happy with our choice of Villa and the owners are wonderful. I highly recommend this villa."

  • Fabulous stay!

"We were met by Pino at the airport. Really warm welcome, despite our flight being late. Pino was full of ideas and advice on where to visit and how to get around Rome. The apartment was lovely, well equipped and in a nice, quiet location. Pino kept in touch throughout our stay and really couldn't have been more helpful. We are a family of 4, with children aged 11 & 13 and there was plenty of space for us. Would highly recommend a stay here. 😎"
