  • Perfect in every way

"It was a great privilege for us to stay in this amazing home which was more than we could have hoped for in every way. The house was perfectly located on the hills just a short drive away from the centre of Florence with amazing views. The decoration was sympathetic to the architecture and period of the house. It was the perfect retreat for our extended family reunion. We were warmly welcomed by Roberto who made himself available to us to answer questions during our visit. Separately we had the services of a wonderful driver who became our unofficial tour guide, Guiseppe, who had great English and shared with us local knowledge, and took us to explore the local Tuscan area on one day and to Cinque Terre on another day in a 7 seater Mercedes van. We loved the local area but we were torn because we just didn't want to leave the beautiful house! I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group wanting a very special holiday retreat and an authentic, perfectly positioned Italian villa."

  • The perfect home!

"Our family of 7 adults and 1 baby stayed for a week in this perfect home. It was incredibly clean, modern and luxurious and ideally located to access Florence and the surrounding areas. Beautiful pool and property ~ you are only a short distance from Porta Romana, yet it feels as though you are in the serene, rolling Tuscan hillside. So peaceful and absolutely the best of both worlds!"

  • Great location, not too touristy but accessible to all destinations in Florence

"We enjoyed our stay at Marino's flat for our 3 day stay in Florence. The location was probably the biggest plus as it was still close enough to the city center where all the destinations were located with fellow tourists, restaurants, shops, etc but in fact, it was 10-15 min walk away from those scenes. It is a loft on the top floor, so you need to walk up the stairs which didn't bother us. However, being a loft, the sleeping area/closet was on the upper-level where the bathroom was on the lower-level which we found a bit annoying but for the sake of an experience, we gave it a pass. The kitchen was well-equipped although we didn't do much cooking at all and of course, having a washer was another advantage. Stay here if you want one of the best lampredotto sandwiches which is just a block or two away."
