  • Awesome B&B

"My wife and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Fleur and her family were amazing hosts that opened their friendly doors to us. Their home was just as they listed and convenient in every aspect. Her custom breakfasts were very much enjoyed and dearly missed when we got back home. We would highly recommend them for your next visit!"

  • Fantastic location, wonderful stay

"We stayed at the houseboat for a good portion of a week and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great -- not to far from restaurants (a wonderful pancake house is literally across the street) and shops is the Jordaan neighborhood. It's a easy walk from the Amsterdam Centraal Station, so you have access to any place within or around Amsterdam by local transit and by foot. Situated on the water, it provides great views of the canal or watching the activity in the neighborhood. It was also a very convenient location to local groceries if you want to cook your own meals. First of all, the houseboat is very welcoming and it has a wonderful eclectic mix of decor with amazing attention to detail. Exploring the interior of this place is a good adventure in itself. I won't give away all the details, but it includes eye-catching tasteful art on the walls and ceilings, one-of-a-kind lighting, and a psychedelic black-light bathroom, memorabilia, and more. Functionally, the houseboat has it all. Though it is quite compact in size, we had plenty of room for a family of three, with a fully stocked and very functional kitchen, dining area, desk, and bathroom. We never felt cramped and had plenty places to hang out. The Internet connection was very reliable and fast. Our host was very nice and helpful for getting us started and oriented, meeting us during check-in process. Check-out was a breeze. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a very fun, stylish place to stay while in Amsterdam."

  • Clean, central, comfortable, and quiet for being in the city

"We stayed for 4 nights mid September. The bed (queen size) is quite comfortable, the linens nice, and the sectional was a great place for sitting and relaxing in the living room, looking out at the canal and buildings opposite - when not walking about. Best of all the patio doors open onto the street ( second floor above the street), which overlooks a canal. And the bedroom doors open onto a balcony on a courtyard. It's a bright space with lots of Windows. The internet is high speed, no complaints there. 20 - 30 min walk to virtually every place a tourist might want to walk to. Grocery store 5 min walk, restaurants 10 min walk. Eva was waiting for us when we arrived. She was delightful and helpful, even calling a taxi for us when we left. Would absolutely stay here again."
