  • Perfect Central Location for exploring all of Lisbon.

"Ideally located at the city centre end of Avenida Liberdade. Avenida Metro stop is just 100 metres away. The first floor apartment has a pleasant aspect overlooking the tree-lined Avenida. This well appointed apartment is within a newly refurbished building and all the equipment is new. It is ideal for a short city stay. It is close to a great variety of excellent restaurants and there is a good supermarket within easy reach. All central areas of Lisbon are within walking distance. The airport is only a 40 minute Metro journey."

  • Good experience for the price.

"Our experience overall was a good one for the price. However, be aware of a few things. Our airport pick up was almost an hour late and did not have our name board when we arrived. Secondly, the apartment was cold at times and when we requested an additional space heater, we were told we were at maximum capacity for electrical use and could not use one. Thirdly, the shower water was lukewarm and not hot as to be expected. Really great location, responsive owner and decent deal for the price."

  • We stayed in Lisbon for ...

"We stayed in Lisbon for 3 nights. The apartment itself is very old but has a lot of character. The apartment was in a good location and the owner was very nice. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear almost everything that happens in the other apartments or when people come into the building. There are quite a few restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. We had two rolls of toilet paper for the three nights (3 people) but ended up having to go buy more at a grocery store (about a 15 minute walk). Altogether our stay was fine and I do not think that there are many better options in the city of Lisbon (OLD city with mostly old housing and apartments). If you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs! Also, Lisbon is not a great place to bring elderly people who have trouble walking. The city is filled with steep hills and is mostly wheelchair inaccessible."
