  • Spacious flat in a great location.

"Wonderful location that allows you to walk anywhere in the city. Well equiped kitchen,. We found it was a bit noisy in the evenings. The wifi worked great and was handy to have as we planned our outings. Bed comfort is a very subjective thing, we found them a bit overly firm. Nice, updated bathrooms."

  • Wonderful, roomy, well equipped, lovely location

"An ideal property for 4 adults and 3 children, with lots of space for running (or sitting) around. The kitchen is well equipped, if a bit small, but all other rooms are excellent. The children loved the horses in the fields and the walk to the nearest (No 11) bus stop on Frogston Road. We coped admirably without a car, only using taxis when we had luggage or it was late and booking an online supermarket delivery for groceries. Once the children had gone home, we walked into the city centre and back, via the Braid Hills, with fantastic views of Arthur's Seat and the Firth of Forth, then across the Meadows and up to the Royal Mile. The weather was cold but sunny and we really enjoyed our stay."

  • Great stay at this gorgeous flat :)

"My partner and I stayed here with our pet and we really loved it. This flat has everything you'll need and it's beautiful to match. Location is great, with the city only being a short bus journey away yet the flat is so quiet. Will definitely recommend it to people visiting Edinburgh."

  • Spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

"This beautiful period apartment was ideal for a visit to the Edinburgh Fringe, being walking distance from Waverley Station and most venues yet in a fairly quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a high chair for the baby. Beds were comfortable and hot water plentiful. Highly recommended!"
