  • Like a writers cabin you see on American films 😊😊

"I must say the bubble was exactly as described by other people and by Nicky himself. It is clean, very warm and cosy if you are looking for a tranquil peaceful place to stay this is the place,it is also good for visiting other places nearby having said that you could easily not have to go anywhere, there are lots of lovely walks around Dalavich. Another thing worth mentioning is that the local shop is very well stocked and the food there is lovely. The owner Nicky is a very nice helpful guy!!"

  • The apartment was extremely comfortable, well equipped and in a great location.

"I highly recommend this property. The four of us were very comfortable. It offered everything we needed. It was in walking distance to everything we needed including the subway, train station and bus station. We did not need to rent a car. The owner, Claire, was fantastic to work with. She responded to all of our inquires very quickly and even worked around our flight schedules. Christmas in Glasgow was amazing! Thank you Claire."

  • Fantastic! Perfectly situated and very homely.

"The flat commands a brilliant view of Kinghorn beach and is very handy for shops and trains to Edinburgh. It's a comfortable and homely place to stay. Thanks Emma"

  • Pleasant house with stunning views

"The property is in the village of Dalavich which is very much off the beaten track, right on the shores of Loch Awe. It's very secluded which suited me as I was looking for peace and quiet and great views. The property is lovely and clean, and the rooms are spacious, with a well appointed kitchen (range cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle - all you need!). My favourite room was however the sunroom, which is huge and airy and looks right out onto the loch. There are a couple of things that would've been nice to see - for example a mirror in the twin room and a lamp in the living room so that the big light isn't on all the time - but these are minor things and the property is great value for money! Lisa also stayed in regular contact and was very helpful with directions etc Dalavich itself is not a typical tourist type village, but the people are all very friendly, especially Libby who owns the local cafe/bar/shop/post office. A great wee place to sit in the afternoon and have a chat. I'll definitely be returning."
