  • Posizione ideale

"Appartamento carino in una posizione ideale, a due passi dalla sagrada familia. Centro e mare facilmente raggiungibili con metro, bus o anche a piedi se piace camminare. Per il resto proprietario molto gentile e disponibile."

  • A Perfect Place For Visiting Barcelona.

"This is a perfect apartment for visitors to Barcelona and one I would highly recommend, especially if you prefer the feeling of living in the city, rather than visiting and staying in a hotel. It is an excellent layout for two couples. Two bedrooms, each with its own full shower, at the end of a long hallway separate from the roomy and nicely decorated living/dining room and kitchen area at the other end. There is a lovely view of the intersection, which is one of the busiest in the city with people, cars, and buses, yet thanks to what I assume are sound proofed windows, little noise is apparent even if you stand transfixed watching the activity below. The bedrooms are in the back away from the street and also quiet. The photos on the web site are an accurate representation, but we actually thought the apartment looked better when we saw it in person. Juanmi met us in the modern lobby and gave us a thorough tour so we were able to settle in quickly. While we only had breakfast in the apartment, it is fully stocked with everything you need to cook as much as you want. It even has a Nespresso coffee machine. The location at the intersection of Passeig de Gracia and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes is perfectly situated whether you walk or use transportation to get around. There are two metro stations within a four block walk of the apartment giving access to six metro lines, so you can get to almost every main attraction. If you are a walker, I can't imagine a better location. You are of course situated in beautiful L'Eixample, with its stunning architecture (2 blocks from the Block of Dischord with three stunning apartment buildings including one of Gaudi's best). Heading south the immense Placa de Catalunya is one block away; a short walk from there are Barri Gotic and El Born. If you walk down the famous Les Rambles, El Raval and Sant' Antoni are to the right, all withing walking distance. If you head north through L'Eixample and cross Avenue Diagonal, you are in the charming neighborhood of Gracia. I can't imagine a better location for a Barcelona visitor. Even places somewhat beyond walking distance like Barceloneta and Park Guell are reachable by cab rides that are not that expensive, if you want to avoid the metro."

  • Fantastic, spacious flat in a great location

"My parents, my boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely, spacious flat for a week. Antonio is a great host and the flat is well-equipped and also well-furnished. The best bit is the flat's location - it's in a lovely part of Eixample on the doorstep of plenty of nice restaurants, bars and Gaudi architecture."
