  • Clean and homely, with amazing views over the lemon groves

"Villa Paloma is an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The pool in particular is wonderful and has spectacular views over the lemon groves below. The villa is situated close to amenities which are only a short drive away. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are tasteful and clean. We had a fanatically relaxing week at the villa and would not hesitate to recommend it to others"

  • Relaxing family holiday

"Had a fabulous two week break for Easter. Our children aged 5 and 6 took full advantage of the heated pool. Nice quiet area with lots of great restaurants just a 10 min drive away. The villa is really spacious fitted with everything a family with young children needs, from a washing machine to a full sky tv package for everyone to relax in the evening."

  • Great location with wonderful views over the sea, perfect for our weeks stay

"We stayed at Marinasol apartments for one week to enjoy some Spanish sunshine. The sun did shine & we were spoilt for choice of beaches, from Capamour, to Cabo Roig & beyond to La Zenia. The apartment had its own parking space, which was secured with a parking clamp in the space when not being occurred by our rental car. Then just a short walk up to the 1st floor apartment, about Moores bar (Spurs fans used this a lot). The apartment was spacious & clean with 2 beds & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area was small but we managed, although it was lacking some overhead lighting when cooking in the evenings. The balcony was lovely with views around the bay & sunrise in the mornings over the sea. Tips for the owner, suggest you invest in some more bath towels & kitchen tea towels (only one). The roller blinds need repairing as very still & the cord gets stuck. Single beds are small & basic, however the double bed was fine, just needs some new pillows. The whole area seemed very same & secure with a friendly atmosphere. The bars below were a bit noisy at night, but finished at reasonable times. We plan to return next year as we had a great time."

  • Stunning Townhouse,quiet natural surroundings

"Just back from our 4th(!) visit to this wonderful holiday house , we absolutely love it here ,and are more than happy to recommend it. Situated in the small Spanish village of Torremendo nestled in the national park area , with it's rolling hills and orange groves, close to the Embalse de Pedrera reservior, it's is both idyllic and quiet. The house itself, is part of small complex , it's modern and very well appointed , a perfect place to relax , and there's the pool as well ! Both the cleaner and caretaker are English residents on the complex and do a fantastic job keeping the place immaculate. The village is typically Spanish with restaurants and bars , some shops and a bank . Torremendo is a great base to stay , it's close enough to the lovely beaches of the Costa blanca, but also close to the national parks and the historically interesting city of Murcia . If you're keen cyclist like us , this area has long been a mecca for cycling with it's quiet roads and stunning scenery. I'm already looking forward to my next visit !!"
