  • I love it. Its well worth the price!

"The apartment is very welcoming and is located in a fantastic area, everything was well maintained and very spacious. The bedrooms are big and the new furniture in the house tops it off. I recommend this apartment to everyone. It feels like home. I love it. Its well worth the price!"

  • classic, simply furnished, amazing position

"Kleopatra greeted us at the ferry terminal having sorted car and boat hire for us; she helped throughout the holiday with island information and was even up at 6am to say goodbye on our last day. Thank you Kleopatra for having us to stay at your amazing villa. The villa is exactly as billed - because it is an early sixties property, it is a) built in area now designated as forest and so not allowed to be built on now and b) right on the water's edge which is also not now allowed. So, secluded and special would describe it. It is simply furnished in a dated way which only adds to the charm - and with the dock and salt water pool it would easily be possible to spend one's holiday completely villa-based - in fact our first night there we had our own full moon party down by the water! The local boat hire company will lay a mooring to leave a boat overnight if the weather is good. It's only 5 minutes by car into Patitiri - which is the main (only) hub on the island and another 5 minutes to the Chora - perfect for after dinner coffee intro main square there. Alonissos is quiet and we went after the school holidays, so that was perfect. All in all a beautiful greek island and and a stunning place to stay."

  • perfect romantic peaceful tuscan hideaway

"We spent a week in Taponecca in this beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated old Tuscan apartment in a quite hamlet in the hills, with beautiful views and a lovely courtyard where we spent most evenings. The apartment itself is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including lots of candles for the courtyard in the evening. Interesting places to visit in every direction, day trip to Lucca was particularly lovely, as well as a drive up into the hills, and a day by the coast. The pool shared with nearby hotel a short 5min drive up the road is the perfect place to start or end the day, and there are omg lovely places to eat nearby. Jeremy and Vicky are heart hosts, lots of information available in the apartment about places to visit and places to eat. We were luck enough to be there for the local Sagra when this quite little hamlet comes alive with a barbecue in the courtyard, singing and dancing, and locals seeing local produce (bought home some local produced honey). I would definitely come back, this is a special place, away from the tourists, but well positioned for trips up into the hills or down to the coast. Thank you to Jeremy and Vicky."

  • Giugno a Castiglioncello

"Abbiamo passato una settimana a Giugno, che cercheremo di ripetere negli anni futuri. Appartamento spazioso in zona tranquilla, dove il centro di Castiglioncello è raggiugibile da una splendida passeggiata lungo mare, A 3 minuti a piedi dal mare è possibile trovare piccole spiagge e scoglio, attrezzate anche con Bagni (lettini e ombrelloni)."
