  • Wonderful Two-Week Stay in Haro Fall 2016!

"In all of our travels and stays with HomeAway, AirBNB, and many other tourist accommodations, our stay in Haro at Harald's flat was by far the very best. The flat is roomy, immaculate, and comfortable. It is so warmly decorated, we really enjoyed quiet time there! Haro is lovely, and the flat's location puts everything there, restaurants, landmarks, necessities, within walking distance. We also could easily drive to the many wonderful villages and bodegas in Rioja as well as to the Basque and Navarre regions. Harald is a special host. He is very responsive to requests and inquiries, and remained in contact throughout our stay. He found me a nail salon when I needed one and, because we had mentioned we enjoyed cooking and local markets, he made sure we did not miss the Sunday market in the neighboring village of Anguciana. We were touched when he asked to come by the flat on our last night just to say goodbye and wish us safe journeys. We loved Northern Spain and Rioja, we have a new friend in Harald, and we know we will go back to Haro!"
