  • Perfect Getaway

"Short and personal transfers made easy. The location was stunning. Dalyan was full of fabulous restaurants and friendly people. The villa had everything provided to make our stay perfect. Our first visit to Turkey and we are hooked. We had some organised boat trips and went scuba diving in the caves combined with lazy days spent at villa by the pool making this holiday perfect. Cant wait to return."

  • A perfect 3 week holiday at DAZTASH

"Any doubts that we had about visiting a new area of Turkey disappeared after our conversation on the phone. Sheleen, was so enthusiastic about the people, the food and of course the apartment in Kalkan that we started to count down the months until out visit. The Apartment looked nice in the photos but this was nothing......... We arrived at Dalaman to picked up by the arranged Taxi Transfer organised by Sheleens team. Dropped off right out side the apartment, and that was the start of an amazing 3 weeks holiday. On arrival, the apartment was brilliant, the views on the photo's don't really do it justice. The walk into centre of the town was about 15 mins and to be honest at 10 Turkish (£2.50ish) Lira we got a taxi back most evenings especially after a few drinks and stomachs slightly over stretched from the amazing food. There are over 250 restaurants in Kalkan and I think you would be hard pushed to find a bad meal. Our average meal and drinks was just over the £100 for 6 people. Secondly the locals, were amazing, my 4 year old left a lot of waiters heart broken and their genuine kindness was unprecedented. Lets set the record straight any problems that are happening in the country have no effect in Kalkan or surrounding area whats so ever. What to do in Kalkan Area - you can probably go for 4 years in a row and still find new things to see and do. We hired a boat £200 for the day and was probably the best thing we did, along with Xanthos, Quadbikes, and the Kalkan shopping experience. Other than the excursions, we were more than happy to stay at the apartment during the day with sun loungers, and the much needed pool. There is more than enough room for 6 people offering hours of sun as well as shaded areas to cool down. We used the BBQ on several occasions getting meat from the butchers which seemed to be high quality meat. Also a must is the little walk down to the bakery (5min). To end, Sheleen and her team could not do enough for us, and with regular contact even about the most trivial question, there was a response within the hour. This was our first visit to Kalkan and we have hardly touched the surface. And will not be our last!!!! Thank you Sheleen and Dave, Thank you Kalkan."

  • A lovely Villa and location and the pool was great

"The Villa was great and came as advertised being well cleaned and with everything working. The pool was lovely and the maintenance team were round every day doing checks and taking samples to ensure it remained clean and usable. We arranged Taxi transfers with Katie and they worked great with the team available on our arrival to help with the cases and also on our departure. The village of Sarigerme is relatively quiet but everyone we met were extremely friendly. On day one we stocked from the local supermarket (Nurhal) and Harry the shop owner delivered all the groceries to save us carrying them back which was great. We mainly ate at the Saregerme restaurant owned by Yenner where the food was good and really good value for money (eating in Dalyan by the river was more than double as expensive!!!). Having been to Saregerme a few times before we did not do too many trips but would recommend Fetiye market and definitely the twelve island tour which is fantastic. We have always used Basket travel and found them to be extremely professional, reliable and excellent value for money. We would recommend the villa and location especially for anybody wanting a no stress holiday in a lovely part of the world. The Villa is roughly 10 to 15 minute walk to the village but one thing to note is that there is a relatively steep incline to and from the villas so if you have mobility issues this may give you problems if you do not have a vehicle to get up the incline. All in all this was a thoroughly enjoyable and great value for money holiday."
