  • Lovely escape into proper countryside

"The property itself was very well appointed with everything you needed and then some! Kay was hospitable & very helpful and even prepared a fire for us before we arrived! Location is excellent and leant itself to exploring the countryside and relaxing after a very busy year. We will hopefully return again & I can recommend staying here to anyone who wants a genuinely fantastic place to stay!"

  • Ideal!

"The cottage was just lovely, exactly as described and beautifully clean. The village is great - shop, friendly pub and good walks nearby. The owners responded to our queries quickly and we really can't fault our stay at all - hope to go back one day!"

  • Ideal for 2 couples exploring Cornwall

"Blable Farm Linhay was spacious, quiet, totally self-contained and in excellent order. Parking was convenient. We were welcomed with a delicious cake. The owners were able to work round our dates as we had traveled from New Zealand and could not do Saturday- Saturday as most places require. Supermarkets on the outskirts of Padstow and Wadebridge were handy and we were close to main roads to travel all over Cornwall. The Saints' Way runs past the property so we were able to walk through fields and hedgerows to nearby villages. Activities included visiting the stunning house and garden of Cotehele, Eden Project, walking from Port Quin to Port Isaac, St Michael's Mount and exploring many historic villages. Highly recommended, particularly for 2 couples as there were 2 queen beds and bathrooms. There was play equipment and plenty of grass for children if needed."

  • Spacious, flexible accommodation, wonderful views

"The views of the coast and valley are spectacular and a lovely way to start each day. The property is very large, providing the space and flexibility for larger groups to spend time together or find a peaceful spot to relax. The master bedroom set up - with en suite, dressing area and second bedroom was ideal for my younger son, my wife and I - and the annex area downstairs was a great space for our older daughters to chill out, with own TV etc. Lorraine was a super host and we appreciated the lovely hamper on arrival. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back soon!"
