  • Luxurious and spacious barn conversion

"The property has everything you'll need for a very relaxing stay. Very well equipped kitchen. The owner Di was on hand should anything be required but it never was. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in."

  • Stunning cottage

"'The old granary' is a beautiful barn conversion in a lovely area of Ludlow. It is obvious that time and money has been spent renovating the barn which is of a very high standard. Pall the bedrooms are beautiful, with colour schemes that are pleasing to the eye. The kitchen is modern with everything you would need, crockery, utensils, picnic items etc. Upon arrival we were greeted with a scrumptious display of homemade scones, jam and clotted cream which was a lovely gesture. The lounge is a great size yet feels cosy and welcoming, especially when the wood burner is roaring away. There are a variety of broad games, DVDs etc to keep everyone entertained. There is Wifi in the cottage, which is great. There is also a room with a full size table tennis table which provided hours of fun on the first night. The cottage is about 6 miles from Ludlow and there aren't really any shops any nearer so a car would be necessary I think. There are a few nice pubs about 2 miles up the road, serving lovely food. The owner really has thought about every little detail and was very welcoming when we arrived (even helped us surprise my mum for her 70th birthday - thank you Gill). We had a fantastic time at this cottage, the only negative being that we didn't stay longer. 😀"

  • Everything we Wanted!

"The accommodation was just right for us. An old cider room converted to a high standard. Wifi too. Very clean, lovely shower, comfy bed. (We slept well) Surroundings delightful. Fields full of sheep, hills in every direction. Quiet, apart from the sheep. Hosts a pleasure. Not intrusive but always there when needed. (Do take care though if Steve offers you some of his home brewed cider; it packs a punch.) If you like dogs they expect you to throw things for them to fetch. If you're more of a cat lover, they won't bother you, though they might look at you reproachfully from time to time if you're sat in the garden. Plenty to do in the area. If you fancy a treat have lunch at The Jolly Frog. Ludlow of course is a delight. Don't miss Stokesay Castle (a well preserved medieval fortified manor house) Highly recommended. Will go back if the opportunity presents."

  • Perfect few days in a gorgeous, cosy cottage

"This was the perfect base for attending a wedding at nearby Whitney Court. Alison made my friends and I very welcome on arrival and we were delighted to see that Montgomery's Coach House was every bit as lovely as it appears in the pictures! We were very comfortable in what is a very well kitted out and furnished conversion. All of us would be very happy to stay here again."
