  • Fantastic property - great location - friendly owners

"We stayed here for three nights in September as a base to explore Snowdonia and it was perfect. We were two couples so the two good sized double bedrooms were great. The kitchen is big and well stocked so cooking was easy and the lounge is cozy with a wood burner to make it even better. The attached gallery and cafe are also lovely and Ralph made us really feel at home. Would thoroughly recommend."

  • Beautiful view, good value

"This location, whilst tricky to find, is just fantastic; breathtaking views and peace and quiet! The cottage was clean and well equipt, including information about the area and lots of board games. Our kids LOVED feeding the chickens our scraps and the pool was a big hit and a decent size for proper swimming. We had good weather so largely used the house as a base to explore the area and all the beaches. The owner was friendly and helpful, but kept to himself which we appreciated. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family and would book again should we go to the same area in the future. Date of Stay (public)"

  • A little gem of a cottage!

"Stayed in Newquay cottage a couple of weeks ago and already planning our next visit. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with modern décor. The log burner was great for those chilly evenings and having Netflix was an extra treat. Location is brilliant for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and coast. There are two pubs in the village which unfortunately we never got the chance to try but we did pay a visit to The old stag at nearby Llangernyw that served lovely home cooked food at very reasonable prices. The village post office was great for any essentials we needed and the owners Sue and Pete were very friendly and helpful advising us on the local area. Thank you again Richard for a lovely stay and our welcome pack of wine and welsh cakes. Looking forward to staying at your property again in the future."

  • Perfect Cottage with pretty riverside gardens

"We booked last minute to extend our stay in Wales. Frances the owner was so helpful and accommodating. The place is a perfect country cottage and the river runs by at the back of the garden which is very picturesque. Bonus that there's space for 2 cars to park too. The cottage is located centrally in Betws-y-Coed yet secluded and peaceful. Recommend to try the 3 course menu in the restaurant and the Royal Oak Hotel and the Pont-y-prith pub for both food or drinks - all walking distance."
