When we arrived at 430 the ckeaning people was still here,told to comeback in 30 minutes, when we came back our beds were wet,went to take a shower that night there was stuff in bottom of masterbath shower and some of the towrls were wet. We had 4 children ranging from 16-25, and 2 adults (one couple!). The house was perfect for us with the way the house was spaced out. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and the instructions were perfect! The host was very responsive and great with communication. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Omg, absolutely wonderful! Our contact person was amazing and so thoughtful! Place was impeccable, clean and fairly close to resort pool area. The whole family loved the place and all agreed we would love to stay there again. 5 stars!

I’m not sure where to begin on all the great things to share about the Bartell’s. Maybe I start out by stating what I said when we arrived - Wow! The Bartell’s home was the most welcoming, thoughtful home we have ever stayed in. We have been fortunate to have rented homes around the world (from Europe to Palm Springs) and have always had incredible experiences. However, nothing tops the amount of detail and beauty that Michelle has placed into this special home. Even my husband, who is not easily impressed, spent hours talking about how spectacular the property was when we arrived. We just couldn’t believe it! We ended up delaying our days to head to Disney and Universal because the kids loved the house so much and didn’t want to leave. There are some great houses in the Orlando area and we have been to some incredible ones, but again nothing tops this house. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that if this house pops up in your search, do not hesitate to book it! :) You will be privileged to have some beautiful, magical moments. Lastly, the best ride in all of Florida is right in this home. The Peter Pan slide that leads you into the Neverland theme room is out of this world! This house is just the best!!! We will be back - we can’t go back to another house after experiencing this!!! Thank you, thank you Bartell family!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The property manager was quick to respond. The clubhouse is great, but we really ended up spending more time at the house with the private pool. We loved that there was an option for heat for the pool. My son loved the game room and the set up of the house was perfect. We would definitely stay again!!
