Lucaya Village family rentals

The place fit our needs and was nice enough. However, I sent emails three times letting them know about fire alarms going off at all hours of the day and night, and still have yet to hear a reply: “Just wanted you to know that the fire alarms went off for the third time for a couple of minutes at 10:40pm while we were sleeping. We have to get up at 5:30am, so this wasn’t a welcome addition to our sleep routine. Why does this happen multiple times a day? Again, we aren’t cooking, don’t have anything going that could cause it within reason. I would advise your cleaning team to clean all the detectors as cobwebs, insects, or dirt that can be a common cause of false alarms. It’s also a danger and liability for you since we are now conditioned to ignore the alarms.If there is anything we can do to stop this, please advise.” I also texted and emailed to ask for a late checkout but only got ahold of someone once I called during regular hours. So generally, the communication wasn’t great, and the fire alarms going off during naps and at night were super jarring. Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay.

Townhouse was better then I was expecting. I was a little nervous because it was a new listing without reviews. However this home exceeded our expectations. Everything was as pictured and better in person. Great location! Minutes to Disney attractions, Universal, and more. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful townhouse. Beds were very comfortable and the towels & sheets were so soft. Great location.

We stayed in the condo while in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. It was easy to get to, close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Loved having the space and full kitchen. Gated entrance and plenty of parking were a plus

Awesome location if visiting the parks!

We stayed here for a full week for a week at Disney & Universal and it was a great spot - all of the Disney parks are 15 min or less and otherwise there were lots of dining options VERY close by. The onsite pool & hot tub were great. The unit itself on both floors are well maintained - nothing feels outdated. we didn't feel like we were invading someone else's abode. The neighborhood is safe, quiet & peaceful. If anything - perhaps maybe an extra roll of TP, PT, and an extra trash bag would be nice as a back up for a week's stay.
