Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean upon check-in, condo was in great shape, location cannot be beat and the pool was nice and warm even though it was a little chilly outside. Third floor makes it easy to use the stairs although they're a little dark. One elevator completely out of commission so can be a wait for the single one.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved the location - close to Seaside, but beach not quite as crowded. Tip - head down early in the morning to get a front row chair. We would stay here again.

We found the condo very accommodating for our family of 4! . The ground level condo made it easy to load and unload the car as well as access the heated pool and walk down to the beach. We found the ground floor level was a game changer, no elevator or luggage cart!!! There was a grassy area that extended the beach side patio and we spent time out there for coffee and relaxing. The heated pool is 30 feet away from the patio and just beyond are the steps down to the beautiful beach. We were in and out of the condo all day long as we enjoyed the pool and beach. The inside of the condo is updated and the beds are comfortable. and the living room furniture is clean and nice. Much better than other condos we have visited at the beach . We really had a great time. I highly recommend this condo. Nathan the owner was very responsive to any questions/ issues that arose. We hope to be back!

The condo is somewhat outdated but it is clean and cozy. The view is amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning. The owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond with customer service more so compared to other condos we have stayed in over the years. It is located directly across the street from a Subway and a few 30a stores and not far from the gas station. Location is perfect!!

The room was great—very clean, comfortable, and met our needs completely. The condo was stocked to perfection. The only small drawback was that there wasn’t a large pantry for storing food purchases, but that was minor overall.The location is perfect. You truly can’t beat it. I highly recommend 30A Café, which is just across the street and down a block—their she-crab soup is the best on all of 30A.I was extremely impressed with Benchmark. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We originally booked for three weeks, but due to weather issues back home and storms across the South, we needed to extend our stay—and they accommodated us seamlessly.One thing to be aware of is that this time of year there are condo updates and renovations happening, so noise levels can be a bit annoying at times. Also, directions for using the TV could be improved, especially navigating between the two remotes.Overall, it was a great experience. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Beachcrest 1205! The views were amazing, the location is perfect. We’ve stayed at several other condos and beaches in the area and this was our favorite so far! The condo itself had everything g we needed. My only suggestion would be an improvement to the bed in the master bedroom and new pillows. Not the most comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Will plan for a return trip here next time!!
