South Beach family rentals

My stay at sofi villa, was more than I expected truly. I did a solo trip for the first time. It was safe and the staff is extremely friendly 💚 the villa was clean, up to par with everything. It had all the essentials, even things you don’t need. You feel very at home when staying here. No bad energy or other guests bothering me. It was perfect and well controlled, the rules made me feel even more safe. Extremely responsible in every way. I’ll be back soon in the summer hopefully 💚 Thank you for treating me with so much care and concern ! Love yall!

Stay was excellent!! We were in a great South Beach location, on Ocean Drive, just south of 5th. The pool was behind the condo and just a few steps from the ocean. Free access to chairs and an umbrella was wonderful. The condo was small; but sufficient. The bathroom was tiny; but everything work fine. Ted was a terrific host. He was remarkably easy to communicate problems and solutions. In addition, Ted provided dinning and outdoor activities close to the condo

Great property, great location, great host

The building is very nice, perfectly located in the heart of everything on South Beach. I loved the security of the building for my family. Our particular unit was beautiful and everything we could have wanted and needed for our month long stay. The view of the city from the balcony was amazing. The owner, Ingrite was gracious, communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

This a perfect location for people looking to party and explore, and for people who like quiet and want to be close to the beach. The studio apartment was clean, cozy, convenient and secure. Everything you’d want in a vacation home is here. I would rent this home for future trips to South Beach.

Nice and clean apartment with a great ocean view Conveniently located by the beach, 10 minutes away from the convention center around the corner from TAQUIZA, one of my favorite tacos places ever Giulio and his team were easy to communicate with and I’d definitely rent that property again ! Thank you 🙏

Would definitely recommend this apartment. Renovated and well kept. Manager responded right away to any issues that came up.

I would recommend this place to anybody that want to experience south beach. Full kitchen enabled us to save money on eating out every meal. Very clean place. Will be going back soon I hope.
