Cape Coral family rentals

This property was amazing very clean, organized and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was very quiet and relaxing. We spent several evenings hanging out on the back patio and in the pool. We enjoyed several local restaurants The Lobster Lady, The Omelette House which are both a short drive from the property and Roseitta‘s Cantina on Sanibel Island.. I would highly recommend this as a vacation or getaway anytime of the year. The home is perfect to enjoy with family and friends. My husband and I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful first time VRBO experience!! The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of. The pool was fabulous and very private from the neighbors. The owner is very thoughtful and has an eye for details- everything we needed was there, even a beach wagon and beach chairs for our day-trip to Sanibel Island! It was a perfect experience!!

Our stay at Santa Rosa Villa was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the location was ideal for exploring Cape Coral, Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers. This house is beautiful. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking around the area. The pool was nice, comfortable beds, the AC worked great, and it had more than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty close to local stores. The property manager was amazing to work with! Recommendation: 1. Mattress toppers. The beds are very FIRM.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! It’s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Property as described and no hidden surprises that we sometimes find with bro. Nicole was kind responsive and professional property manager. Best we have ever dealt with using vrbo. Rent the boat and get captain Bob show you around and act as fishing guide. We enjoyed our days that we spent with him. A dolphin came up to the dock and said hi. Ok it blew air less than a foot from me. Hard to beat that experience.

We rented this property for 4 nights in December 2023 to visit a sister for her birthday! The house was beautifully furnished with a master suite at one end and other bedrooms at the other end of the house! There was plenty of room to spread out! The back patio and pool area was our favorite place to hang out! Host was very good about communicating, quick responses to our texts!
