Higgins Beach family rentals

It was exactly what I had expected and was very happy to enjoy!

This property is so beautiful!! Great location to explore tons of places. Picturesque and peaceful is an understatement! The bedroom is like being in the clouds surrounded by an Apple tree and a beautiful backyard! Wall to wall windows allow you to view the night sky and the moon! The dogs and the geese are also a plus with their adorable greetings! Brian was a great host! Thank you for everything! Rob & Jill

Great vibes in this cozy historic apartment. Easily walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Reserved parking was great too. Would stay again!

Beautiful, clean quiet spot, centrally located around food, shopping, beaches, kayaking, etc. Enjoy all the things the Maine coast has to offer and retreat to this quiet, home away from home to rest up for your next adventure. They are well stocked for all your needs!

I knew, going in, this apartment was going to be very small from the pictures. The place was very clean, the owners supplied many unexpected things. For example: make-up remover pads, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and many, many more things including a welcome basket with snacks, candy and slippers. The owners couldn't be more accommodating. They went above and beyond for us.
