Kennebunk family rentals

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and met all our needs.

It was an incredibly peaceful house. The owners thought of everything. We were very satisfied. If there were 6 stars in the system, I would give 6 stars. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

We have stayed here more than once and I have always enjoyed our stay. The owner is super organized and very nice. The house is always clean and we totally appreciate that. Over the years that we have stayed in Maine we accumulated our favorite restaurants and spots in Wells and Ogunquit as well as Kennebunkport. This house location is very well situated for that. Five stars.

Nice quiet dead-end neighborhood but still within easy reach of Dock Square. Beautiful house with views on both sides. Excellent kayaking, ocean beach across the street, great walking/running/biking neighborhood. I highly recommend this spot if you want to enjoy Kennebunkport.

This location, the condo itself, and the owner - they were all perfection. The 2 bedroom condo is exactly as listed - maybe even nicer. So well appointed - you couldn’t have asked for any more to be provided. Kitchen utensils? Check. Cutting boards for your bagels? Yep. Coffee maker, toaster….you get the picture. Check, check, check. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, lush towels. The deck would have been perfect, if it didn’t snow (ha!) but ya can’t account for weather. The electric fireplace was so cozy, too! Sheila is a dream - period, end of story. Could NOT have been more accommodating, seriously. We are SO grateful!! Location? Well, if you want to stay a short walk to downtown, but still want a little quiet? Yeah, this is the PLACE - SO perfect!! I WILL be back!! Thank you Sheila!

We really enjoyed our time at Gay’s townhouse. The unit was immaculate, very well equipped and we just loved that view! When we walked into the unit, we were in awe, as we thought it was even more beautiful than the photos. The beds are very comfortable & we slept great enjoying the sound of the surf. We would love to rent again!

The River Rose Cottage is a lovely space perfect for a cozy, relaxing getaway. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and wonderful amenities. The location is perfect if you have a car. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Our stay here was great! We were in the area for my annual family reunion and we were less than 2 miles from all my family. Also very close to downtown and stores. I was surprised at how much less traffic there is in Kennebunk compared to Wells area, so that was a bonus. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts are very thoughtful and make sure you have all you need including linens, paper products, all cooking utensils/necessities, dish soap, and there was even a little basket in the bathroom that had extra bar soap, toothpaste, etc which I needed since we ran out of bar soap! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the the yards were perfect for sitting and relaxing. Amanda’s communication was prompt when I reached out to her. The house was more than what we needed for space for my family of 4 plus our four-legged friend but we would definitely stay here again!
