Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was wonderful! Excellent location and kept in excellent condition! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We also made great use out of all the kitchen amenities. The location was also perfect! My only complaint is that they left us one roll of toilet paper for the five of us and one garbage bag. We had to buy more toilet paper and more garbage bags to finish out the trip. Other than that, we had a great stay!

This place was FANTASTIC!!! Uninterrupted view of the ocean from left to right. Located on the Boardwalk, but not in the middle of the stores or right beside the stores. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. Management was A+++ top notch!!!

A charming property, well appointed with all the special touches thoughtfully presented. Communicating with the property owner was a breeze. Berlin is an adorable town too and walkable from the house. We'll be back!

We had a great time! The spot was perfect! It was right on the water with ocean view. The place was clean and stylish. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the property. The large balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean was beautiful. We were there for the music festival and the property was within walking distance of everything. The owner was very responsive to any questions.

Great little place, perfect for small family or couples weekend. Caretaker was very helpful and left the lights on for our evening arrival. Location was convenient to downtown Berlin and street was quiet. Would rent again!
