Southold family rentals

Our stay at Villa Vino Modern in Southold NY was nothing short of magnificent!! The home was gorgeous, perfectly appointed, with plenty of space for our family to have a wonderful time. Every detail was beautifully thought out, and we had everything we needed and more to be very comfortable all week. With our extended family living nearby, and with the incredible scenery and Fall foliage, it was also the perfect location. Working with StayMarquis was a breeze, and we are grateful to the team for making it all so seamless. We would give Villa Vino Modern 100 stars if we could!

We gather each year with our sons and their families at a beach house on Long Island’s north shore. We had a very enjoyable week. The house was well suited for the children with plenty of room for all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbara's house in Southold. The owner is incredibly responsive and the house is clean and well-stocked. The location is great for walking to town and beach and for relaxing

I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place was perfect for my wife and our friends. We fit three couples comfortably. On our arrival the place was very clean. Lots of towels. We had a wedding in Southold and this place was perfect for us.

We had a lovely vacation and the house met all of our needs. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and is only a short walk to the beach. Nadine and Bob were fantastic host who were friendly and very accommodating. I would rent this house again.

We had a great 2 week stay in June. The house has an updated kitchen and all the appliances we needed. Our kids loved playing in the backyard overlooking the beautiful bay. It's a very quiet street and we enjoyed walking our dog. Beach access is a short walk across the busy road. Our only complaint is that there was no other access to any public beaches since we were non-residents. All the other towns have opened up, so it seems like Southold is the last holdout (foolish in my opinion). We ended up driving to Cooper Beach in Southampton, which was ~50 minutes away and a spectacular beach, but it would have been nice to have access to the nearby beaches even if they had more rocks/shells.
