Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Yes the lake was closed and off limits but that meant nobody else was using it so it was nice and quiet. Serene and relaxing. Just what we wanted. Talk about unobstructed views. This place has got one killer view! And if you can't swim in the lake or use it, you better be able to look at it

My buddy and I get our families together every few years. We decided to try out Lake Lure this year. The Lake Lure Oasis in the Woods was the perfect place! We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive. Upon arrival, we realized the microwave wasn’t working and Chris had a replacement brought to the house the same day. If you have a large family or friend group this place would be perfect for your visit to Lake Lure.

The house was nice, well decorated, and equipped. They had everything we needed to make pool, lake, and beach time a success. We brought our dog and she had all the setup she needed as well with a crate and bowls provided. Beds were comfortable and the game room was a hit.

Greenview Manor and Rumbling Bald Resort was the perfect place to bring in the New Year! We enjoyed the home, its gorgeous views, and the many amenities of the resort. The staff were all very accommodating and the proximity to Chimney Rock was easy to enjoy time exploring. We will definitely return!
