Vilas family rentals

Really enjoyed the space. So clean and well appointed. The road is a bit anxiety inducing getting there due to the recent storm, but it was manageable. Family staying above us had children so we had to occasionally listen to little feet running and stomping about but it didn’t bother us much.

If we could give this an extra star we would. We are frequent travelers to the mountains of North Carolina and this is by far the best rental experience we have had. The cabin is beautifully decorated and cozy, the view is stunning, and the location is amazing. Additionally, the owners treat their guests as if they were friends or family. We will definitely be back and we will be recommending this location to our friends. Mnfamily..

My wife and I stayed at the songbird cabin for the week to get away from the city and could not have picked a better place. The location is beautiful, quiet and only 30 mins from Boone. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean. It has everything you need to grill outside on the deck and enjoy the views. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.

Location was perfect for visiting daughter at App State. Nice Amenities and owner very responsive to questions. Will stay here again in future!
