Waynesville family rentals

Enjoyed the location. The house was adorable.

I came to attend a festival in Waynesville, and was so happy to have found this spot (though a little nervous because it didn’t have many reviews). Instructions were simple and the space offered everything advertised plus some. I enjoyed the many ways I could have my coffee in the morning, and ambience the porch gives in the evening with solar lights around the property. My best memory of this trip is sitting outside on the porch during a rainstorm, just listening to the rain and the cool breeze. Second would be the beautiful tub and HOT shower I so welcomed after a day of being in classes and walking fairgrounds. This is a great spot for a couple, but it would be tight for anyone else. Bed is firm (something I prefer). My only suggestion is to have something that explains the various remotes. I’m not a tech person, and there are remotes that are well marked, just not explained. I’d still return to this space in a heartbeat as I enjoyed the simple pleasures this space offers.

Very clean and conveniently located within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Waynesville. There’s a great brewery located below the unit. Even with a band playing, noise was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home, beautiful furnishings (especially the leather rocker recliners), fabulous view across the hills and valleys. Hope to return in the future.

This great little cottage is very convenient to the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Waynesville. Clean, walking distance to main street, dog friendly. We really enjoyed out stay.

An absolutely wonderful house, in an incredibly beautiful area! It feels like you are in the country, but are only 2 minutes from downtown!! 2 thumbs up!!!
