Brownsville family rentals

This was my first time ever staying in a property that was not a hotel, and it was an excellent experience! The host was excellent about communication as I was an extra annoying occupant, he answered all of my questions very promptly and was extremely helpful. The property was clean, perfect size for my family. It was great that the freezer had an icemaker. The pool was huge my children loved swimming in it.

I love to make either property from this owner my stay away from home when I’m down from San Antonio. Always friendly, clean, & a great place to stay.

This is a fabulous house and the communication with the host was exceptional. The property has 2 units and we were told when other guests would be arriving. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. This unit has an upstairs balcony which was great for morning coffee and gave our dogs another spot to enjoy the outdoors without interfering with any other guests. The bedroom is located on the first floor and the living/kitchen area is on the second floor. We appreciated the fact that there are no rugs or carpet so it made it easy to keep clean with our dogs. The house is very spacious, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Property was just what was listed. The management was very easy to work with and provided assistance whenever asked. For me, the location gave me access to more things than if I'd been on nearby South Padre Island. Would have liked a dishwasher and a more comfortable way to watch tv in the main area, but very comfortable nonetheless. doshwasher

Very comfortable

The rental we stayed at during our Christmas vacation was worthy of a five star rating. To say it was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable is inadequate to describe this awesome place. The living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Conveniently, each of the two bathrooms had a shower bench, and there were a washer and dryer. Best of all, there was a beautiful outdoor space. We highly recommend this VRBO and will try to rent it next time we're in town.
