Cloverdale farm rentals

A fantastic choice for any couple who would like to be centrally located in wine country. Visited both Napa and Sonoma wineries on this visit. The host is always super helpful!

The casita was a lovely place to get away from city life. Everything about this place is charming, natural and restful. Beautiful property, tons of light and windows. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Spinster Sisters (host recommended) and bbq-ed at the casita one night on the gas grill. We will definitely be back!

Great location, lots of extra kitchen items, comfortable beds, fun pool and very clean. We would love to visit again sometime!

I spent a month at Paul and Vivi"s cottage this summer and really enjoyed it. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful and it was exactly that, with a spectacular view. The cottage contained everything I needed for my 30-day stay, was comfortable and private. I loved just taking in the scenery around the cottage, including their beautiful vineyards. Paul and Vivi were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend it.

THE DRIVE UP TO PROERTY IS A LITTLE TRICKY. WORRIED ABOUT DRIVNG ROAD AT NIGHT. FRONT YARD NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE. COULD BE UPGRADED WITH ROCK, CACTUS ETC. INSIDE OF HOUSE IS LOVELY. VERY SOOTHING COLORS, COMFORTABLE FURNITURE. GREAT VIEWS WOULD PREFER A KING BED. QUEEN WAS VERY SOFT.KITCHEN VERY WELL EQIPPED. WOULD RENT AGAIN NO CLOSET 2ND BEDROMM BUT WE DID NOT USE IT.

This is a cute little unit located right near downtown Santa Rosa and located at the back of a property behind the main house. I believe the owners have done a great job with what they have. While the layout is a little odd, the entire place has charm and is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked (the fresh creamer for coffee and plentiful k-cups are a great touch), there are plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The bed is pretty firm, so be aware of that if you prefer a softer mattress. The living room is very small, and the couch is firm and a bit uncomfortable to sit on, so not great for lounging. As a base for exploring Santa Rosa and surrounding areas it works just fine. The communication with the host was excellent. If you’re looking for clean, comfortable, convenient place this is for you.

Very well appointed, well equipped restored cabin with bucolic views of acres of vineyards. It is located in a one lane road that could frighten some off. It’s a short ride into Healdsburg and surrounding attractions. The owners are friendly and hands on and responded to every need promptly. We loved this spot and would do it all over again.

There's no better way to experience Sonoma County and the town of Healdsburg than by spending a month at this property. The house is so well stocked with everything you need. It's an easy walk to the plaza (or you can ride on their bikes!). The hosts are delightful. Plus the outdoor space is an amazing place to entertain or simply relax. Do yourself a favor and book this property!
