The property is nicer than the photos. High end appliances in the kitchen and throughout. Thick mattress and box springs. Nice down comforters and bedding. Big walk in shower. Near the superb shopping of Rue de Varenne, and Rue de Bac. Rodin and Invalides museums are basically across the street., Prime Ministers residence is just down the street. Provide you with the little things necessary for a nice stay. Rolling shopping cart, clothes iron and board, Nespresso machine, Dyson vacuum, 65" big screen, superb Orbi WIFI, etc.

Our first trip to Paris and we wanted to be near all of the popular attractions. The apartment was walking distance to many attractions, public transportation, and tours. There were many options for restaurants, shops, and groceries. The apartment was spacious enough for our retreat after a trying day. It had a lovely courtyard and enough distance from street to keep it relatively quiet.

Perfect location- beautiful views and near shops, restaurants, and of course the Eiffel. We loved it!

We were fortunate enough to stay in this VRBO for a month this summer and it was amazing. From the moment that we arrived, my wife and I both knew that this apartment was perfect for us and our two kids. It’s a great size and layout, decorated so well, comfortable bedrooms with great closet space, great kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of windows for great views and nice breezes! The pictures don’t do the unit justice. The owners have thought of everything. And for one month, it helped us feel like we truly lived in Paris. The apartment was in a great location in the 7th. You are about a 30 second walk to Rue Cler, a 5 min walk to Champs de Mar (Eiffel Tower), and so many other areas are within a 10-15 min walk. We didn’t really know much about the 7th Arrondisment, but it has so much to offer and really feels like one of the best areas to stay in Paris, particularly for extended stays. We really can’t recommend this unit enough. As crazy as it is to say, when we look back at all of the things we loved most about our one month in Paris, calling this unit home is at the top of the list.

We just returned from an 8 night stay in this beautiful Paris apartment!!! The apartment, the host’s Lisa and Debbie, the location, everything about this place is top notch! Along for the trip was myself, my husband and our 4 children ages; 14, 12, 12, and 4. The apartment was exactly as described and looks just like the photos. It was very clean!!! Sheets and towels are all provided. They also provided start up water, wine, coffee, tea, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body moisturizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. These items were not expected, but really elevated the exsperience. The balcony overlooking the beautiful Eiffel Tower was STUNNING! I cannot tell you how many hours I personally spent sitting there drinking coffee/wine in awe of our view. There are a variety of cafe’s on the same block of the apartment, along with to go coffee options, a pharmacy and a grocery around the corner. If you want to eat in, UberEats delivers anything you could want, right to the front door. Everything about this rental agency and apartment is deserving of a 5* rating. Perhaps my only gripe could be that there isn’t a self check in process and that there is no AC. However, I want to make it clear that this rental agency does a STELLAR job. Being a fellow VRBO owner and 5* host myself, I can assure you that what Paris Perfect is accomplishing with their VRBO’s takes a TON of work and organization. This company cares for their guest and their exsperience. Do not look any further, rent from Paris Perfect, and you will not be disappointed! Thank you for delivering and exceeding our expectations in every way! We cannot wait to rent from Paris Perfect again….until next time ;-)
