This location was exactly as described. I mostly was on my own but my daughter did visit for a few days. We used the pull out bed and had no issues.Bed was comfortable.Flat was very clean. Kitchen had lots to offer for the size (context, I’m American and we have big kitchens.) Check-in was easy. Wi-fi was excellent. I worked from the flat remotely for a few weeks. The building felt safe and it was quiet.The location was fantastic. Walking distance everything you need and want! Honestly, I hope to return someday!

My two young adult children (21 and 17) stayed here while visiting Paris. Communication with Denis was phenomenal. He had the kids message him when they left the airport and met them when they arrived. The kids were delighted with the “chateau”. My daughter said “ the house is charming and the perfect size for two or three people because there are two beds and a couch. The kitchen has an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so everything you need. Denis left us juice in the fridge, and he made sure we were comfortable and gave us recommendations for what to see in Paris. The neighborhood is in a good location, lots of good restaurants around, a good boulangerie right down the street, close to a lot of metro stops. Denis is very considerate and provided us with everything we needed to have a good week in Paris”. We will definitely be staying here again

The apartment was as shown on the pictures. Very comfortable felt like home. Very central. Bus and Metro 2 mins walk away. Supermarket at the end of the road. View to Eiffel tower at the river 5 minutes walk away. It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Would stay there again.

We are a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers (13 and 15) and the place was comfortable for all of us. The location was great with metro stations nearby. The apartment is very clean. It has those little “extras” that let you know the host caters to travelers, which makes the difference between 4 and 5 stars, like multiple ports/spots for charging your devices, a hair dryer, a binder with info, and map of the metro/transit system. These are the little things that were done that made us feel welcome in the home. It’s a quiet area and especially quiet at night. No street noise, so we were all able to sleep well. I would definitely recommend this property to a family of 4, even 5.

Great location for living like a local while exploring Paris. The apartment was close enough to walk to many museums and close to metro stations, cafes, parks, and restaurants. Genevieve was a fantastic host - meeting us upon our arrival and making sure we understood how everything functioned. Everything was as-advertised.

Beautiful apartment generously appointed with everything needed for a visit to Paris. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants, shops and the Metro. Our host was excellent and gave us all the information we needed for a wonderful week. Thank you!

My 17 year-old twin daughters and I stayed here for a week to celebrate all of our birthdays. The Cottage was absolutely perfect. We felt as though we were living like true Parisians…walking to the bakery and market each day. The neighborhood was wonderful! Just far enough away from the “tourist” areas to provide a wonderful respite after busy days of sightseeing but close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The listing was exactly as described. Chris’ detailed notes and recommendations made our stay a breeze and we were able to relax and settle in immediately! Each time we walked into our courtyard we felt like we were entering a magical movie set! I can’t stress enough how amazing this listing is! Every little detail you didn’t know you needed was taken care of. I can’t wait to return!! Thank you 😊
