It is safe & secure. Centrally located near the Metro, market, boulangerie, and restaurants. My daughter and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for our spring break trip to Paris. The location was amazing, the street was bustling with cafes, shops and we were able to walk to many places throughout the city. The apartment was perfect for us and we were so happy with our stay. Maikel is a wonderful host, offering suggestions on places to eat and visit and making our experience easy and fun! We loved our time in Paris and cannot wait to visit again!

I stayed in this property for a week with my three daughters. We had an amazing week in Paris. The apartment was ideal for walking to all the major museums and monuments in Paris. Additionally, there were amazing restaurants within a block of the apartment. The host was amazing as well. He reached out several times to check on us, and when we needed an set of sheets, he had them there within an hour. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is located in a fantastic area if you are looking for a wide variety of dining options, a busy night life, and easy access to the metro. The apartment felt very safe and was very clean. It had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed exploring the city during the day and coming back at night to the plaza outside the apartment for a nightcap at one of the many cafes while listening to live music in the square. The owner was excellent with communications before and during our stay. He was always available and provided helpful suggestions about where to eat and things to see.
