The property is perfect, it looks great in all the pictures and in real life it is even more beautiful. This is by far the best short term rental we have stayed at. Terry’s communications are top tear, she goes out of her way to accommodate our time line. We will be coming back for sure and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for being the perfect host.

This Casita is perfect. Great location, more amenities than you normally get in a VRBO rental, and super great hosts! Christopher and Gary even invited us to join them and the neighbors for a cookout on Memorial Day. A couple hiking trails can be reached on foot from the Casita and several others a short drive away. Will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Sedona in the future!

Wonderful loft in West Sedona. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping, and grocery nearby. A private entrance to the loft allowed us to come and go easily. The three patios gave us outdoor enjoyment options. The loft was clean and comfortable. There was a sitting area, a kitchenette, a comfy king size bed, and a large bathroom with washer and dryer. Gary, our host, was fantastic with great communication. It was a wonderful stay in Sedona.

I cannot give enough compliments for the visit that my wife and I just had. First the location was perfect. Close enough to everything Sedona has to offer and quiet enough to enjoy the stay. The villa is remarkably furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is furnished with an oversized bath and extra large shower. Clean and spacious room. Close to many great hikes, and gorgeous scenery.

This property is exactly as described. The place is easy to get into and is extremely clean. The owners are right next door and available if you need them. I believe the view might be the best in town. We spent several hours just reading on the deck. If you want a nice relaxing experience I recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a nice private yard for al fresco dining. Close to shops and grocery stores and there are fun trails a short walk/bike ride away. Beds were so comfortable, very nice after a long day biking. We really enjoyed our stay at the Casita in Sedona.

We absolutely loved this cozy little guest house. We will definitely be finding time to come back. Not only was the listing exactly how it was described, but words don’t do justice to describe how peaceful it was to get away from it all under the stars. To top it off, the kitchen really had it all; we brought a few things with us, because we weren’t sure exactly what the kitchen might have in terms of supplies, but we really didn’t need any of it.Thank you very much!
