Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice, no parking available, had to street park which was expensive.However did find out they had limited parking access somewhere.

Great for visiting our son at FSU. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. The owners are wonderful and very kind.

There is no better place to stay in Florida if you are looking for quiet vacation with walk to beautiful beach and everything is ready for you in this house.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Naples guest house very much. The unit is a small, but very nicely appointed and maintained space with a great backyard pool and hot tub area.The location is close to beaches and entertainment. Hosts Patti and Bruce were very hospitable, friendly and kind. Overall a great experience.

The property was very clean. Check in/out was easy and we communicated with the host if any changes were to be made. We received a walkthrough of the property upon arrival and were able to see where everything was and how the appliances in it work as well. Communication was good and they were just a text away when needed. They answered any questions we had and also gave us info on the beach, good restaurants, etc. Parking is on the street, but the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe, therefore it did not worry me. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was very pretty and had everything that you needed. The walk to the beach is very close. I expected it to be a little farther. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The area at the apartment is very clean and most of all very quiet. We absolutely loved it there. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful place to stay in Old Naples.
