New Smyrna Beach rentals with hot tubs

Our stay was great. This was our first extended stay and this place had everything we needed. The location was great for walking to Canal St. and Flagler Ave. We will be back!

Beautifully decorated condo with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. It is a 5 star property! We will definitely be back!!

Let me just start with the location. Its super close to everything easy to pull in and out of the island. We had our yearly surfing camp with NSB Surfing school and this year by far its been the best location and accommodations. Marylou and Scott were superb at letting us know the amenities and the different aspects of the location. One of the best things for sure was on the 4th of July. An unexpected surprise. We got front road sits right from the indoor porch to an amazing fireworks show at RiverPark. An amazing week for sure.

Outstsnding location..amenities perfect!! Owner was unbelievably helpful and easy to talk to. Easy to get in touch with and would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to feel at home while on vacation!!!

The four of us have taken several getaways. Hands down this is our favorite place. Location was great. We walked nearly every place we went. The beach is lovely and the pool was the largest pool we have had access to. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, spend time at the pool or the beach and just hanging out in the condo. This was the best equipped kitchen, and all the beach items available to us. Love this place and the host was available and so kind.

Our 3 month stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations fully met our needs, and the weather was some of the warmest we have experienced in the January-March time frame.

Loation was close to beach access and the street was very nice (including neighbors). The place was very modern and clean. It did have leaky shower doors and tile on the walls of showers that needed help. The bathrooms were small and unattached and the 2nd bedrm had no real closet space and washer and drying taking up that space. It had two twin beds but was rather cramped. The dining area was too fancy to feel comfortable sitting at but lovely. This room went unused. The ice machine in the dining room was very loud at times. We mostly used the refrigerators ice machine. I think our biggest request would be for cable tv rather than to learn the skills of using streaming etc. It seems we were either watching old repeated news and shows mostly. The picture was not cflear or the best. They were large TVs and the appliance were all very nice and high end. Over-all for a beach lover I found it to be nice and sufficient for the needs of someone who was on the go most of the time. I loved the no key access We felt very safe by that and by the great neighbors Previously we had stayed beach front for 3 years, so that was missed. We aren't as much about fancy and we are just simple clean, neat, roomy place with easy to use TV, Good size bathrooms and closets, and a vew of the beach (which can't be beat). I do believe this is a perfectly lovely place and younger people would love the beach access and have no problem with the different access to TV. We jare retired folks who just want things to be simple :) The host was absolutely wonderful an we always had return calls/emails when we had questions. Nice place, Nice neighborhood and close to beach and Flagler. I'd give it a 9.
