Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Disney Villains house was a perfect vacation pic for my family of 9. The home was very clean. We had fun trying to find all the “hero’s” placed strategically around the home. The play room was a fun experience for the kids also. There were plenty of amenities provided in this house. The only extras we possibly needed were mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready for our day. Over all 10 out of 10! Thank you!

We decided to take a mini vacation for the weekend to give the kids some time together. The house was simply beautiful, comfortable and clean. The kid’s enjoyed the pool area and TV room. It was so spacious that everyone had their own space to enjoy. The patio & pool area was enjoyed daily by my grandkids. The beautiful kitchen was enjoyed by me & my sisters making multiple meals together. Everything was just top notch in our temporary home. Definitely Definitely worth the money. We loved our stay at The Roses. They had everything we needed for our family of 8. We fit comfortably and slept well. The living space and kitchen were wonderful. Owner texted back within minutes to a question we had. The pool area was AMAZING and plenty of places to shop nearby (Publix, Dutch Bros coffee, etc). Having a washer and dryer were a nice amenity as well. Three bathrooms/showers/rooms were great. About 30 minutes to Universal..... Worth the drive to stay in such a clean place. We'd love to come again!!!

Wonderful house , plenty of space for everyone and everything included that we needed for our trip

Everything about our stay here was great. Great location about 15 minutes from Disney. House was great. Pool and hot tub were great, I think the kids liked that just as much as Disney. House was very clean, roomy, and as the pictures show. On the small lake is very pretty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

From our first view of the house as we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful and spacious eating and gathering space! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We had plenty of room for our large party of adults and 6 grands ranging in age from 7 mos to 6 years old. We loved all of the bedrooms that had either a connecting bedroom or one right next for the grands to sleep near their parents. This Gigi and Grandpa loved having our own retreat space downstairs with a wonderful en-suite bathroom. The pool was delightful and the spa relaxing after a busy day at Disney. The pool was so clean and the pool toys and floats were a awesome treat! The location was perfect for a short walk to the clubhouse! Thanks you for allowing us to enjoy such an amazing house!

Property was exactly what it looked like on the internet. Clean, plenty of towels, dishes, two balconies, view over looking the water was amazing and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home with so much fun at every turn! Really nice movie theater (excellent surround sound and easy to use) and pool. Quiet neighborhood, close to Disney. Everything in working order in the home. Couldn't have had a better more fun time for our big family gathering!! There were a few hiccups along the way, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Couldn't quite figure out the hot tub, but message the owner and I'm sure they'll address it.
