Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Disney Villains house was a perfect vacation pic for my family of 9. The home was very clean. We had fun trying to find all the “hero’s” placed strategically around the home. The play room was a fun experience for the kids also. There were plenty of amenities provided in this house. The only extras we possibly needed were mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready for our day. Over all 10 out of 10! Thank you!

We loved our stay at The Roses. They had everything we needed for our family of 8. We fit comfortably and slept well. The living space and kitchen were wonderful. Owner texted back within minutes to a question we had. The pool area was AMAZING and plenty of places to shop nearby (Publix, Dutch Bros coffee, etc). Having a washer and dryer were a nice amenity as well. Three bathrooms/showers/rooms were great. About 30 minutes to Universal..... Worth the drive to stay in such a clean place. We'd love to come again!!!

Honestly, it would be hard to put the words how impressed we were with this trip.. Of the dozens and dozens of bnbs we have stayed in , these hosts have it down. Not only was it festively decorated for the holidays, but ever convenience was prepared. First off, you are less than 30 minutes from anything you want to do. The house is well stocked. Plenty of dishes, towels, everything. I could go on for an hour, praising this stay and the host, who response time was amazing. But I will make it simple. This is the best bnb and host we have ever encounter on any of the websites. Vbro should hand over the entire layout and process to these host. Let them teach the class Excellent star. Absolutely perfect.

This is a superb location for all of the venues in the Orlando FL area. There are plenty of markets and pharmacies within 4 miles of the house. We were there during the Hurricane HELENE landfall and Kenia provided sandbags and extra flashlights for us in case the power went out. The location of the house is in a gated community and we felt safe and secure when we were in Crystal Cove. We would stay here again if we visit the area. Excellent place for 6 adults, one 9 year old, and a Welsh Corgi. Lyle

Property was exactly what it looked like on the internet. Clean, plenty of towels, dishes, two balconies, view over looking the water was amazing and relaxing. I would gladly stay here again.

The joy on our kids faces when they walked in says it all. The themed rooms are great and you can tell someone took a lot of time painting all of the murals. The pool was perfect for our family, the tv by it was so fun. The downstairs tv was nothing other than jaw dropping, how fun! The house is well loved, we would stay again if we came back to Orlando.

This property is local to all Disney local, gatorland, leggoland, discovery cove, SeaWorld and Universal studios. The property is closely located to shopping centers and easy dining options. Not to mention, the property owner was amazing from start to finish! The pool/hot tub, air hockey and foosball table was perfect!

We stayed here for our Disney vacation and the property was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was clean, the pool was cleaned twice while we stayed, it was close to the parks so we can do half days come back to the pool and then go back to the park, and we were even able to grill for the 4th of July and have a perfect holiday. Next time we do Disney, we will be looking to rent this property again.
