New Orleans rentals with hot tubs

Was a great month in New Orleans. Just 3 miles to Bourbon street and it’s an easy drive. Street parking at house was easy and always had a spot. House was very clean and the back screened in room was a relaxing spot.

We are frequent visitors to New Orleans, and this was our second time to stay here. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Ron and Mark are excellent hosts. Their attention to the smallest details make each visit special.

Our first trip to NO was amazing and our stay at the Little Eazy was a huge part of our experience! The place was perfect for our stay - very clean & cozy! The back patio area & hot tub was such a VIBE and couldn’t get enough of it. The neighborhood was great and walking distance to everything. Our host Margret was such a TREAT - she’s definitely good people - thanks for introducing us to the WWOZ radio station. Already download and played here at home! We already talked about our next trip back and it’s great to know that we already know where we will be staying!

This property is spacious, well maintained, and close to many great amenities. Great for a vacation or in my case if you are working in the Gretna/NOLA/ Algiers area. Communication was always quick and I had any questions answered within 10 minutes. I recommend the property and the managers to anyone for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Marigny - a perfect location to live in a neighborhood close to but not in the French Quarter! We had everything we needed for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs and was a pleasure to get to know the area as a temporary local. Would highly recommend staying at the Vivien - great owners with lots of amazing local recommendations! Will be back again!

We rented this apartment for our son this summer while he was in town for and internship. It was a great safe location. The owner is great and helpful.

The owner/ manager and family we're outstanding and very helpful with all our questions. Loved the gardens and enclosed yard. The gazebo gave us a place to visit with other renters and relax and enjoy the sun. Close to downtown and in a very safe neighborhood.

This is one beautiful and spacious home. The pics on vrbo don’t do this place justice. It has everything you would need from the hot tub to the pool table with 2 kitchens and 2 living spaces. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. They were very helpful and friendly. And it’s only about 30 minutes from New Orleans. We will definitely book with them again on ur next group trip to New Orleans.
