French Quarter rentals with hot tubs

We are frequent visitors to New Orleans, and this was our second time to stay here. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Ron and Mark are excellent hosts. Their attention to the smallest details make each visit special.

This was the perfect place for my hubby and I and our 4 kids (and their significant others). The home itself is beautiful and furnished well. The pool was a great way to cool down in the July heat. We brought our Corgi mix and he loved taking long walks around the neighborhood. PROS: - Depsite being in a busy neighborhood, the home was really quiet at night - Fully furnished kitchen -Super comfy beds and bedding - POOL to beat the heat -_Fantastic location to walk to the French Quarter and Frenchmen St -Plenty of room for a large group to spread out - Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - The porch swing was a fun place to sit and drink coffee in the morning _Great communication from the hosts CONS: (These are super nit-picky and would not make me not stay there again) - The coffee pot could be replaced. It's hard to get it brewing - The flooring is old and there is some hardware that sticks out and I stepped on with bare feet - they hurt. They're mostly on the sides of the room and not in the middle of the floor or anything. Overall - I highly recommed this home. It was a great time and I hope we'll be back soon.

Beautiful condo with amazing views and centrally located to everything NOLA. Beds were super comfy and the shower was so nice. Someone staying above us did invite a bunch of kids in to swim and they were super rowdy. The front desk person who was the nicest and most helpful person had to call the police and kick them out. They then kept beating on the lobby door trying to get back in. The central business district use to be clean and always felt pretty safe but this trip we noticed it was starting to get bad. No fault of this place but the city of Nola needs to step up or they r going to be another San Fransisco. So sad because it’s a beautiful place to visit with so much history and culture.

6 adults spent 4 nights here. Cottage was clean and spacious and, as advertised, charming and close to the French Quarter. Jennifer was great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Hot tub was used every night! The outside spaces were quiet, clean and nicely decorated. Great breakfast place (Horn's) half a block away. Will definately stay here again.

Beautiful property surrounded by so much history. The staff was friendly and beyond helpful. The neighborhood is rich with culture and the friendliest people. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another stay at Rathnone mansion.

The Mansion was very accommodating when we arrived with our fifteen year old pup. We had reserved a suite, but it had a flight of stairs, that she would not be able to walk up. They were able to get us a smaller room on the first level, so very much appreciated. They also gave me a refund for the smaller room. THANKS!!! Christina
