Smoky Mountain Village rentals with hot tubs

The cabin was amazing and was exactly how it was posted online. It had a beautiful view of the mountain top and have plenty of relaxing things to do inside the cabin. I wish we knew more about the daily visits of the bears (about 4 mother bears with 3-4 cubs). and the winding roads to the cabin. Only 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg wishes an amazing attraction for families and friends. My family and I are really enjoyed our stay. Had some issues with locking and unlocking the front door, but our host was always accessible and quite helpful in resolving the issue. overall, the cabin was really clean and beautiful, in my opinion it is perfect for a summer vacation, but not sure about winter months as the mountains were too steep and winding to get to and from the cabin. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and great host!

Loved our stay here. House was clean and view of the mountains is amzing here. Got to see bears. They didnt bother us, it was so nice to see them up close. Definitely recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved how close we were to town, but felt far away. The bed was super comfy. The pullout was comfy for the 9 yr old, but because it was next to the front door, she was scared to go to sleep alone. Not comfy for an adult. The sauna was excellent and we enjoyed splashing in the pool. The hot tub was wonderful it seemed to lean towards the cabin, so when the 3 of us got in, it overflowed (we are not large maybe check the water levels so not too full. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, but I don’t cook on vacation. My only complaint would be 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms for 5 days for three people barely enough. We had to bring up the paper from the pool bath to get through the last night and morning. The weather was perfect and I could have stayed and never left, but there was too much to do in Town for a girl on vacation! The only problem we had was the bedroom door (and thus the bathroom too) was locked upon arrival so we couldn’t get in. We called for assistance and they came right away and checked in through out our stay that all was well.

The cabin was clean and lots of stuff to do on the property. Hot tub was amazing. The game room downstairs was great for the kids. Ours loved the rock wall, play house, trampoline, and basketball. Beds were comfortable. Monica and the management team go above and beyond to make your stay magical. Left gifts under the tree and stocking by the fireplace for the kids. Also left welcome baskets of meat, cheese, etc. This was a God send after the long trip. She always answer the phone for emergencies or recommendations. In our haste going back home we left one of our daughters favorite sleeping dolls behind. Monica and her team found it and shipped it back to us. Cannot say enough great things about them!! Thanks so much for a magical family Christmas 🎄
