Some friends and I wanted a weekend getaway to spend some much needed time together, celebrate birthdays, and just relax. This was a great place to do so. It’s a beautiful, spacious house to do so. The adults and kids equally enjoyed our stay, with plenty to do, mostly relaxing in the pool with the beautiful lake view, or playing family games upstairs, everyone was happy, relaxed and having a good time. The house had everything we could need, and there were plenty of options of fun activities to consider if we had wanted to. Would highly recommend this place.

Just finished our stay here for the extended July 4th weekend with our adult “kids” and their spouses. This house is perfect in every way- comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to entertain, and an available covered boat slip (with lift) and a jetski ramp. There’s also a big patio in the back yard and a private pool. Jeff, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating and he checked in with us frequently to make sure our stay was great. Your search is over, if this place is available you can book this house with confidence!

Just off an inlet to lake LBJ, you could not ask for a better location for access to Kingsland and access to Lake LBJ via boat. All of the facilities were top notch and easily accessible. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries. Lastly the Internet service was top notch allowing us to do work as necessary

My wife is a Chef. She needed some large pots for Thanksgiving dinner, but they were not available. She contacted the reality company and within 3 hours they came to the house with a complete set of brand-new pots and pans. Imagine that! Above and beyond. The amenities in this place were fantastic. Great pool and a nice little sauna. There were two kitchens so there was plenty of space to cook. Our only complaint was poor wifi. Everything else exceeded expectations.
