What a great stay we had at Tortilla Flats! The property was spotless. It had everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel like home. The deck facing the Yellowstone River provided us with a relaxing retreat after a long day of driving in Yellowstone. Host Marie was absolutely the best. She even baked us a coffee cake that was still warm upon our arrival. The place and host are fantastic. I would highly recommend staying with Marie if you are looking for a place in Gardiner!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our super friendly and incredibly customer-focused host! They made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed.The property itself was very comfortable – truly a relaxing haven after long days of exploring. What truly sets this place apart is its prime location: just minutes from Yellowstone National Park's West Entrance. We loved the convenience of being surrounded by excellent restaurants, well-stocked grocery stores, and all the essential amenities we could ask for.This combination of a wonderful host, comfortable accommodations, and an unbeatable location made our Yellowstone trip unforgettable. The cabin was amazing, the river was great, the communication with owner was great. Only negative was online it showed it was IN west yellowstone, its actually 40 mins west of west yellowstone so it was a LOT more driving than expected. The location is misrepresented on Vrbo

This cabin is exceptionally well-appointed, both in terms of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the equipment needed for outdoors activities. We arrived to the cabin, part of a secluded group of similar cabins perched on the lake. Parking was easy, and the cabin felt private despite being close to other cabins. Walking in, we were blown away by the breathtaking view of the lake, framed by mountains and the big sky. The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook, from eggs in the morning to steak dinners at night. The porch on the main floor has a grill, which we used, and a fire pit where we made smores on starry clear nights. The cabin is about a 2 minute walk from a small bar and restaurant. The place had a locals only vibe but was welcoming and friendly regardless. The food was great and the prices were reasonable, unlike some of the places in West Yellowstone itself. Thankfully, our hosts left a list of recommended restaurants, which came in handy. The location made getting to Yellowstone itself a cinch. The additional 15 minutes to get to the gate as compared to staying in town is really negligible, especially when you consider that getting from the gate to grand loop road can take an hour depending on whether bison decide to hang out in the road or not. We were grateful that at the end of a long day, we could go back to our cabin and enjoy a soak in the hot tub.

Really enjoyed the house! Great location that allowed us to walk pretty much the entire town and back very easily. Close to restaurants, bars, stores...everything you could want. About 2 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. The house has a ton of space, comfortable furniture and the balcony is huge overlooking the street. No A/C, but they provide plenty of fans to keep it cool, and just open the windows to keep it even cooler. Kitchen has everything you could need and was clean.
