The checkin was easy and the kitchen facilities, bedrooms and bath were clean, well stocked and very accommodating. Will definitely stay at 40 WINKS again .

The facility and room far reached our expectations. We had a Queen with balcony that was open to the outside commons area with couches and grills. The room had every amenity covered. The free breakfast bar was fantastic with several options available. There was 24 hr soda machine and ice available at no additional cost. Ample parking outside and garage option at no additional cost. It is 5 blocks from downtown and additional big box shopping just 5 minutes away. Hiking and bike trails 10 minutes away. Check in and out easy. Staff very helpful. This is absolutely the nicest and best place to stay.

A great experience! Close to everything and great host!

Five friends stayed 1 night. The set up was perfect with the kitchen and living room area separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The patio, pool, hot tub, and breakfast were great. Great location close to Ann Arbor. Would stay again!

Our only issue was needing to empty the dishwasher upon arrival. After working and traveling all day, I wasn’t really wanting to empty the dishwasher. Room was great. Workout room was well equipped and staff were very friendly.
