Makati house rentals

Close to everything, with a pool and basketball court - perfect for families. Has AC in each room too. Very responsive host!

The property was in a great location in Manila. There was Great communication with the host.. Looking forward to turning next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and homey. The hot showers and bidets in both bathrooms were great. The host was easy to deal with and accommodating. We recommend it.

Had a great stay. Wish the front living room had aircon. Everywhere else does so not a huge issue

Unit is a quality loft unit situated in prime area. But there is no storage area for cleaning equipments and molds is present in bath area. Dining chairs are unstable. Tenant is responsible for cleaning and laundry of linens contrary to what the sign says so. Otherwise, the rent is very reasonable.

The place was prestine and spacious. The appliances were complete. However, only one bathroom has hot water. Another bathroom only has a half glass panel without a curtain or door making the area too wet after a shower. And the way to the house was quite complex. But would still recommend the place for temporary accommodation.
