Kingshill house rentals

My family (2 parents and 2 teen/tween kids) had an excellent stay at Northstar Villa. The property is in an ideal location for water activities, great beaches, and near popular restaurants. The villa itself is great for families or couples traveling together, as there are 3 separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom and great views. Barby &Jonathan were excellent and attentive hosts. The owners went above and beyond to assist us in all our needs at Cane Bay. Having concierge guide us from the airport was invaluable. The home was so comfortable and well appointed. It was so easy to unwind. The only jump scare was the trek up and down the hill to the property, but with 4 wheel drive, it all worked out. We will always look back at our stay fondly!

What a lovely, gracious villa...we hope to be back soon! Offers an amazing, quite private view of the beautiful mountains and valley around Carambola. Filled to the brim with antique furniture, collectibles, and wonderful local art to enjoy, it is also a comfortable, well provisioned, and generously sized villa (larger then the pictures show). The nearby pools were such a nice way to cool down after a day in the sun, and the apple TV was an unexpected bonus we really enjoyed to end each day with a favorite show or movie. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Can't say enough good things about this slice of paradise!

We absolutely love “The Pearl at Cane Bay”! We were return guests having visited last winter. The online reviews are so accurate….so clean, so comfortable, so beautifully and functionally furnished. The security provided is an added benefit. The location and balcony views are simply awesome. Such a wonderful place too soak in” God’s creation! Scott and Tammy are such wonderful hosts…we almost felt like family! Thank you! …We’ve already reserved for 2025!

This was our third trip to St. Croix and have stayed in different places each trip. This home was the most spacious with the best view and had everything we needed from a fully-stocked kitchen to beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the house had great working a/c and plenty of ceiling fans to keep it cool. The owner was very quick to respond to our texts. Thank you for a great stay!!

The property and location are great. The host is fabulous and very responsive to anything you might need. Have stayed with her multiple times and have always been happy.

This is a perfect little cottage facing the beach. Nice front porch, good A/C, kitchen, outdoor shower and nice indoor shower in bath as well. Good restaurant and dive shop on property. Live music on Wed nites, walking distance to three other restaurants. Easy parking. Owner very available and accommodating. Access to free washer and dryer next door. Would choose this property again on our next trip.
