Casa Del Mar is stunning and one of our favorite Pedregal homes we have ever stayed in. It's the perfect location and the layout and decor are beautiful. There are multiple seating areas both inside and out and ample room to be together as a family or alone for some quiet time. We cannot wait to stay at Casa Del Mar again one day soon. Absolutely gorgeous new home in the Pedregal (the exclusive Cabo San Lucas community) two blocks from the marina. This home is beautifully decorated with modern coastal furnishings. My favorite thing about the house was that it was three stories! We loved to hang out at sunset on the top floor that had an incredible view of the marina while we grilled the fish we caught that day. The middle floor was also beautiful with a wide open floor plan and doors that disappear into the wall facing the patio that has a hot tub and fireplace. At the end of the night we watched movies as a family on the giant tv. An absolute must stay! Can’t wait to go back again. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in.

Tomasito it the best. He took really good care of us and personally made sure we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. He went over and beyond! He’s a great host and I would stay at any of his properties again!

The 4BD, 4BA unit consists of two communicating 2BD, 2BA condominiums. They are quite new, large and nicely furnished with modern appliances. The location, in a gated condominium complex in Pedregal, is very safe. There is a 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes Uber drive to the Marina and Medano Beach area where most of the action and restaurants are. Jason, the owner, lives in the same building and is very responsive and helpful. The unit is reasonably priced compared with similar homes in the area and I recommend it.

FUTURE RENTER BEWARE - the owner of this property is a strict no early check in before 3pm. No questions asked. We will not be going back due to this BUT other than that it was great!! Beautiful home

The condo was wonderful! We were incredibly happy with the accommodations and the price was very fair. The beds were comfortable, there was ample space, the A/C was very cold, the appliances were nice, and the open patio with grill was great. The only negative comment we had was that it took a very long time for the water to heat up in the shower (as in 15 minutes or so), but with four guys we did not care too much. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend others to stay there as well. As a caution to others, be careful when walking on the patio because one guest had his hand barely touch the cactus that appears to have no spines and there were in fact plenty of spines that stuck in his hand (no worries, they were easily and quickly removed). Additionally, the location was great and convenient to the marina and the downtown area. We also felt very safe the entire time. Thanks Casa Inna for a great stay!

Came down with a buddy to escape life for a moment and had an exceptional time. The views from this place are amazing! The roof top (when it's not scorching outside) is unmatched. Drinks from the fridge downstairs, the hills surrounding you, the sea in front, and conversation with stories of our youth made this escape something to remember. To boot, you have plenty of rooms to retreat to for your daily siesta. If you're lucky enough to get the master bedroom, you'll be treated with an equal view of the Pacific and it's amazing beauty. You'll be greeted each morning with the daily sprint of fishing boats heading north up the coastline (pro tip - hire a boat down at the marina, catch Dorado, head back to the marina, and have one of the restaurants cook it six ways from Sunday for you!). The house is far enough away from the party scene downtown, but close enough for an $8 Uber (each way) to see and do all you want. We grabbed meat, tortillas, tequila, and all the fixings at the local grocery store (Chedraui) and used the brick BBQ on the back patio one evening. Just make sure if you're using the wood charcoal that comes in a bag, to grab two bags, or prepare to wait awhile for your food to cook, as the grill does not raise or lower. Lots of fun! Dirk is one of the most informative and active owners in the short-term rental space that I have ever encountered. He is exceptionally personable and gets you ready before you even arrive! Don't miss this opportunity!
