We were at 10 of us and very comfortable and open lots of room for everyone. Very nice place and location. I would rent again.

Rented house for 50th birthday and had a spectacular time. The location and amenities could not be beat.

We had a wonderful and relaximg weekend enjoying the beautiful view from the porch and the nice weather.

This is a lovely place, pictures are accurate, owners are wonderful, very clean and just all around a perfect place to stay. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the veranda and the seating on the rock outcropping looking over the lake. We rented the boat for one day and had a great time motoring around the lake. Can't beat it!!

Our family ages 2 to 66 had a wonderful week. The house was super clean. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. The owner has an app that is downloadable after the deposit is paid. It’s full of useful info. We loved it so much we have already rented for next year. The only negative is that there are a lot of steps down to the pool and the dock. The stairs did not bother us at all and are depicted in pictures.

Had clients in to go fishing on Smith Lake and it was the perfect property, clean and accommodating!

This house is a perfect location with spectacular views of Smith Lake! We so enjoyed the back porch for the sunset views and sitting at the table for sunrise for breakfast. This house was spotless inside and out! We spent so much time on the beautiful 2 story dock watching boats go by and can’t wait to stay here again! 5 stars!
