California house rentals

Beautiful home. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, etc. Outdoor kitchen is top of the line. Had a toddler with us and she was impressed with all the toys. Host was quick to respond to questions. Petaluma is a cool little town with many restaurants and close to Sonoma, Napa and the coast. Have used VRBO many times and this is without a doubt the best experience we've had. Would highly recommend.

A group of ten of us from work stayed here to be close to the beach and this place did not let us down. It was the perfect location, had plenty of space for everyone, plenty of hot water for showers, and was overall, just a great experience.

This is a wonderful home! It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances/utensils as well as spices, coffee, etc. They even had snacks for us weary travelers! The hot tub was clean and nice as well. The real beauty is the backyard-it was huge, beautifully landscaped and had a lovely patio with comfortable furniture. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

I have to say that the owner of this property was super responsive to all questions and concerns and made sure that everything was cleared up and taken care of immediately! He even provided a great dinner for our family! Super clean house, lovely yard, good location equidistant between the beaches and Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!!

What a gorgeous property! Brand new and huge space for any gathering. I selected this house for a work team meeting and my team was blown away. They all want to come back with their families. It is even better than pictured! Check in included an in person meet with helpful pictures and videos to reference. When ever I needed anything they were responsive and there in minutes. Kitchen stocked and plenty of seating and space for everyone. And the pool!!!! Thank you for an excellent stay! Can’t wait to come again!!

I recently booked this property for Coachella, along with five friends, and I must say, I was a bit hesitant since there were no reviews available. However, I'm thrilled that we took the chance on this place as it exceeded our expectations. Prior to our arrival, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who mentioned they were new to VRBO, but our experience went smoothly without any hiccups. The house is impeccably decorated, and everything appears to be brand new, just as advertised in the photos. The pond situated behind the house is stunning and a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Although the pool is in close proximity, we found ourselves spending most of our time in the backyard. While it is a bit of a hike to get to the festival, it's tough to find accommodations much closer. We ended up utilizing Uber for transportation, which cost approximately $15 per day, and walked back to the property after the event. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone attending festivals, but it would also make for a fantastic weekend getaway. Don't hesitate to book this place, even if there are no reviews yet - it's definitely worth the risk!
