Placerville house rentals

We had an amazing time staying in this gorgeous cottage in a beautiful neighborhood. The host were excellent and there for us if we needed anything at all. We had my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary here and everyone had such a great time!!! It was perfect for the small party we had planned. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any and everyone and will be staying again soon.if I could give 10 stars I would.

Good place to stay witin walking distance to downtown Placerville. Place was warm and comfortable.

It's a cute place. It was just right for us. Quaint and comfortable. I'd stay there again in a minute.

We had a great time at Christopher’s property! He made us feel right at home. We brought two dogs and they loved being able to explore the land. Definitely would stay again!

If you like California native plants and lazing by a small river this house is for you. There are many beautiful plants and butterflies surrounding the home. One day thousands of ladybugs emerged from a log down by the river and spent the day flying all over. They were completely gone by the next day, lending a magical quality to our stay. There are many extra features to this home as well. Games, art supplies, a hot tub room, and a wide variety of cool places to just sit and relax are provided. The kitchen has everything one needs, and there are two bbqs available. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean. All aspects of this home are easy to use and provide beauty to those lucky enough to stay here.

We booked this trip as our youngest daughter was getting married at a venue in town at the end of January. We stayed two nights. The house may have been a little tricky to find had the host not provided such clear instructions ahead of time, which we appreciated. The driveway was a little awkward if you have multiple cars but we made it work. The house was nicely updated and had all the amenities that our group needed. Having two full bathrooms was a lifesaver considering we were all trying to get ready at the same time on the day of the wedding, including the bride! The kitchen had all the basics and even though we didn’t end up needing any of it it was nice to know it was available. The binder with instructions and house rules was helpful and provided clear expectations. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

Property is described as listed, clean, well stock. Quite neighborhood & easy location to winery’s & apple hill. Perfect for couples get getaway. Look forward to coming back.
