West Colorado Springs house rentals

The home had everything we needed to stay comfortably for a week. Location was amazing with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. View was even better!

Let me start by describing my morning. I was just drinking coffee on the cute deck enjoying the views when I watched an entire herd of deer pass right through the yard and across the street into the wooded lot. It was like a fairytale. The host was so sweet and accommodating. Maybe five minutes tops from the pass if you are heading into the mountains and so close to shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City! The kitchen is spacious with all the amenities for cooking. Easy to find and plenty of parking with a super easy check in process. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!

Wow! This place was amazing. So much room. There was nine of us and we could have easily added 5 more. Separate living spaces. Everything you need to stay a week! We cooked several meals here and had it all! Literally walk out the door and you see the Garden of the Gods. Beautiful!! We will absolutely stay here again when we return to COS. Wonderful hosts as well.

Our family wedding was held at the Garden of the Gods resort which is close by. This made it very easy for going back and forth during the celebrations. The house comfortably suited us all. Thank you Dustin for hosting us.

The location of the home was ideal. Everything we had planned to do for the week was within 20 minutes. It’s right off the interstate but no interstate noise. In a quiet and seemingly safe feeling neighborhood. The home accommodated our extended family of 5 adults, 1 teen and two littles perfectly with plenty of room I loved how they had a few baby items tucked in the supply closet- with our grandkid’s young ages it was so important to find the safety gate in there to block off the stairs.

This place is the definition of a 5 star property. I’ve I could give more stars I would. The owner is so kind and friendly, and really gives you a wonderful place to stay. We will ABSOLUTELY be back. ✨

If you are an outdoorsy family with young kids then seriously, stop looking and just book this place. We are a family of 3, and we stayed here with our friends who are a family of 4. This house was everything we had hoped it would be, and even closer to Garden of the Gods than we imagined! All the beds felt very comfortable and clean, the living space was perfect after-bedtime chit chat, the boys LOVED the cowboy room and especially the Lincoln Logs. It was very easy to get to, and GoG is literally a 5 minute walk down the street. It was close to plenty of stores and not too far from the commercial areas with tons of restaurants. If you are a family with young kiddos, this is the place for you. We will be back again then next time we're in town! Our host was extremely communicative and we felt very welcome in her house, and we had an AMAZING time.
